Which teams will take part in the final?
The Davis Cup is not a tournament for individual players, but rather national teams. The competition is organised by the International Tennis Federation and is a men’s championship. While it is the largest annual tournament involving 133 teams, only eight compete in the finals. This year’s teams are:
- Czech Republic.
- The Netherlands.
- The United Kingdom.
These eight teams will compete in the quarter-finals (21-23), to then move on to the semi-finals (24-25), to ultimately finish with the finals on the 26th. As you can see, it will be an intense week filled with excitement that no tennis enthusiast should miss. At LOCK & enjoy!, we’ll be watching every shot. After all, some of the world’s finest sportsmen are set to take part, such as Novak Djokovic or Andy Murray.
