LOCK & enjoy! is your reliable locker in the heart of the city center. It offers a smart luggage storage service, with most locations open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — 366 if it’s a leap year 😉

LOCK & enjoy! offers different sizes of lockers to suit all types of needs. From a mini locker (XS)* to store a few keys or charge your device, to a storage locker (TRASTELOCK)* ideal for groups or bulky items:
Our TOP lockers, and the most common in our shops:
Small-Plus Lockers (S+), measuring 12 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 33,5 in (deep) or 16 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 22 in (deep)*. These lockers will hold, approximately, 1 hand luggage suitcase and 1 backpack.
Medium-Plus lockers (M+), measuring 22 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 33,5 in (deep). These lockers will hold, approximately:
– Option A: 2 cabin suitcases and two backpacks.
– Option B: One medium suitcase and one backpack.
Extra-Large lockers (XL), measuring 29,5 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 33,5 in (deep). These lockers will hold, approximately:
– Option A: 1 large suitcase and 1 cabin suitcase and 1 backpack.
– Option B: 4 cabin suitcases and 1 backpack.
The following sizes are also available:
Mini Lockers (XS), measuring 4 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 22 in (deep).These lockers will hold, approximately, 1 notebook case.
Small Lockers (S), measuring 12 in (high) x 16 in ft (wide) x 22 in (deep). These lockers will hold, approximately, 1 hand-luggage suitcase.
Small Plus lockers (S+), measuring 40 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 55 cm (depth)*. These lockers can hold approximately one cabin bag and one rucksack.Medium lockers (M), measuring 22 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 22 in (deep). These lockers will hold, approximately 2 hand-luggage suitcases.
Large lockers (L), measuring 39,5 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 22 in (deep) or 35,5 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 22 in (deep)*. These lockers will hold, approximately:
– Option A: 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
– Option B: 3 cabin suitcases.

Yes, you can book by the hour, from 1 hour up to however long you need, with no limit.
Remember that if you book for several days, a long-stay discount is automatically applied.
You will be able to open, close, and collect your belongings at any time during your reservation.
Yes, since to access the facility it is necessary to have the reservation code. It is advisable to do it in advance to avoid waiting and to ensure your lockers, but you can make a reservation at any time as your personal code for using the lockers is activated instantly.
We have free Wi-Fi connection that will allow you to book at the last minute, avoiding the use of your data.
Yes, all reservations are made through our website in a secure and simple way. On it, you can use multiple payment methods in a very quick process.
LOCK & enjoy! rates are always per box office, allowing you to use them up to their maximum capacity.

Yes. During the reservation period, LOCK & enjoy! allows you to open and close your locker as many times as necessary.

All our lockers are booked through our website www.lockandenjoy.com. During the booking process, you must select the facility, the dates, and finally the size(s) and number of lockers. To be able to provide you with access details, LOCK & enjoy! will request an email address in the final step of your booking if you book as a guest, or your details if you want to create an account and manage your bookings.
Once the booking process is completed, we will provide you with the access codes for your locker and a confirmation email with the same information will also be sent.
LOCK & enjoy! offers you the possibility to download a QR code in wallet format for your mobile device, allowing you to scan it at the establishment, speeding up entry without any contact.
The support service is available 24 hours for any type of issue by calling the phone number.
Reservations can be canceled free of charge as long as they are made at least 24 hours in advance of the date the service begins.
Modifications such as extended hours or changes to a larger locker can be easily managed from the “MODIFY RESERVATION” button found in your confirmation email.
Each modification carries a management fee of €0.90.
Please note that if the modification is made after the reservation period has ended, the additional charge will be equivalent to the cost of the service for a full day.

Everything went very well with them. At first, I made a reservation and I had made a mistake with the size, fortunately, I realized two days before using the locker, I called, explained the situation, and they canceled the reservation for me, refunded me, and I was able to manage the new reservation without any issues.

The price is good, you can recharge devices and enter the locket as many times as you want, the place is clean and smells good. And even though they clean the place, a trash can is needed because customers leave things scattered.
