• Medium-Plus lockers (M+), measuring 22 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 33,5 in (deep). These lockers will hold, approximately:

          – Option A: 2 cabin suitcases and two backpacks.

          – Option B: One medium suitcase and one backpack.

• Extra-Large lockers (XL), measuring 29,5 in (high) x 16 in (wide) x 33,5 in (deep). These lockers will hold, approximately:

          – Option A: 1 large suitcase and 1 cabin suitcase and 1 backpack.

          – Option B: 4 cabin suitcases and 1 backpack.

Our reservations are by calendar days, from 00:00 to 23:59. This allows you to use the locker service for as long as you need, since you can open, close and of course remove your staff at any time.

Yes, since you must have the reservation code in order to access the location. It is advisable to book in advance to avoid waiting and to secure your lockers, but you can book at any time as your personal code for locker use is activated instantly.

We have free WIFI connection that will allow you to book at the last moment avoiding the consumption of your data.

Yes, during the booking period, Lock & Enjoy! allows you to open and close your locker as many times as necessary.

All our lockers are reserved through our website www.lockandenjoy.com. In the booking process, you must select the location, the dates and finally the size(s) and number of lockers. In order to inform you of the access codes, Lock & Enjoy! will ask you in the last step of your reservation an email, if you make the reservation as a guest, or your personal data if you want to create an account and be able to manage your reservations.

Once the booking process is completed, we will send you the access codes for your locker and a confirmation email with the same information will also be sent. 

LOCK & enjoy! offers you the possibility to download a QR code in wallet format for your mobile device, allowing you to scan it at the locker station, speeding up the opening process and without making any contact.

Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made 24 hours before the start date of the service you have booked. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at info@lockandenjoy.com.

If you have registered on our website, it is also possible to make the cancellation from the My Reservations section.

Reservations with a discount applied are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
