The Marais: a neighborhood of equality and diversity
The Marais to Paris is the same as Chueca to Madrid. It is the district where most of the LGTBIQ+ bars and nightclubs in Paris are concentrated and also the place where most of the Gay Pride activities take place every year.

Pompidou Center
It is one of the cultural centers and a reference in modern and contemporary art, well known internationally. However, it is not a traditional museum, as it has a public library, an industrial creation center and a music center.

It is one of the most important and famous streets of the Marais, especially for the magic, charm and light it transmits. It is characterized for being a cobblestone street and for the old lampposts that line the street, characteristics that make it a combination of the past and the present.
The antique street lamps lining the cobblestone streets make you feel like you are in the past, but in a modern city.

Hôtel de Ville
The Paris City Hall is one of the must-see architectural buildings in the city. It is of Renaissance style with surprising dimensions, also noted for its striking roofs. Moreover, the facade is distinguished by its beautiful windows and magnificent statues.
If you have time we recommend that you access the interior because its design is worth enjoying in any of the rooms (reception rooms, banquet halls, etc.). Best of all, admission is free, but you must book in advance to enjoy a guided tour in Spanish.
