To understand in detail how LOCK & enjoy!’s lockers work, it’s important to go step by step so you know exactly how our platform operates.
Choose the city
We have luggage lockers in Seville, Madrid, Valencia, Paris, Malaga, Barcelona, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Palma de Mallorca, Benidorm, and San Sebastián. In some of these, we also have lockers at various strategic points around the city. At each locker site, you also have information about the area where it is located: services, points of interest, etc.
We recommend choosing the one closest to your accommodation, or the train or bus station, to make it very convenient to drop off or pick up your belongings.
Duration
The next step is to choose the duration of your booking. This part of the process is completely flexible, as you can book by days, weeks, months, or even by hours, depending on your needs and preferences. Simply select the start and end date and, if it’s by hours, the start and finish time.
It is very important that you adhere to the departure time, and therefore, that you collect your belongings on the chosen day and time. Otherwise, additional charges may be imposed for the extra time the locker was used.
Type of locker
Compared to the competition, at LOCK & enjoy! you don’t pay a fee per suitcase because our policy is based on 3 types of lockers that vary in size:
- S+ Locker. Ideal for storing a cabin suitcase and a standard-size backpack.
- M+ Locker. This locker is suitable for larger suitcases, such as those used for longer trips. It can also store one or two backpacks, depending on their dimensions.
- XL Locker. Our star locker because it can hold several suitcases, backpacks, and other items like gift bags or shopping bags. If you’re someone with a lot of luggage, this is the perfect solution to avoid space issues.
If you are travelling with family, friends, or your partner, select the number of lockers you need, regardless of sizes.
Registration
The next step is to register to make the booking effective. For this, you have 3 options depending on your preferences:
Firstly, you can make a booking simply as a guest, i.e., by providing only your email address.
Secondly, if you have previously booked with us and have an account, just enter your email and the corresponding password.
Lastly, creating an account with us for future bookings is also an option. Simply enter your personal details (name, surname, country of residence, email, phone number, and password). This will make your next booking much simpler.
We would like to highlight that in the top right corner of the page, you have a summary of the booking you are about to make to check all the details and ensure there are no mistakes. We recommend that you review the number of lockers, sizes, amounts, and the location of the locker. Additionally, if you book in advance, the applied promotions appear, i.e., a discount that is deducted from the total amount. However, if you check the box for cancelling your booking without any restrictions, the applied discount disappears.
Payment
At LOCK & enjoy! we work with a wide range of payment methods to cater to all our customers’ preferences:
- One of the safest and fastest payment methods.
- We accept all kinds of debit and credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- We also offer other less common online payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Revolut Pay, and EPS, among others.
We would like to mention that our website is protected with all necessary measures to prevent any kind of payment fraud.
Automated Lockers
At the end of the payment process, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and a personal access code. Please note that you cannot enter our premises without the access code, as each door has a numeric keypad. The code allows you to enter and exit our premises at any time of the day during the duration of your booking.
We would like to mention that the code provided in the booking confirmation email is unique, personal, and non-transferable. This system is one of our major competitive advantages in relation to other companies in the sector, as most provide a key for the locker.
