But there is more, the city has many shopping areas where you can buy everything you need, both for your vacations and for gifts. Therefore, we encourage you to continue reading to find out which are the most relevant stores and places with more activity.

La Marina Shopping Center

It is located on the outskirts of Benidorm, more specifically in an area known as Cala de Finestrat. From Benidorm the journey takes 10 minutes by car, however, you can also use the option of the streetcarHowever, you can also use the tram option, as there is a stop just behind the shopping center.

It is the ideal place if you prefer to do all your shopping in the same place. There are all the leading clothing brands such as Bershka, C&A, Calzedonia, Décimas, Desigual, Zara or Mango, among others. In addition, there is also Druni, Don Dino or Game.

The La Marina shopping center also has a wide variety of restaurants, as well as cinemas for you to enjoy a full day of leisure.

We would like to point out that just a few minutes walk from La Marina you also have a Carrefour and a MediaMarkt if you are interested in buying technological products.

Paseo de Levante and Paseo de Poniente

They are the two most important promenades of Benidorm and also where all the tourists are concentrated. Therefore, it is the commercial area par excellence of Benidorm, as well as where there are more bars and restaurants because they are located on the beachfront.

In both promenades there are stores of all kinds, however, predominantly clothing and accessories, as well as items for the beach and souvenirs. The vast majority of everything they sell has very cheap prices, which is why it is an area frequented by families and tourists.

In LOCK & enjoy! we recommend you to visit the promenades on different days because they are kilometers long and it can become very heavy the tour, especially if you go with children. In addition, it is also a good opportunity to enjoy the magnificent temperature of Benidorm while walking very close to the sea.

Flea markets

The markets of Benidorm are another of its commercial attractions, since even the population of other municipalities come to the city to make their purchases in this place. There are 2 that are worth explaining in a little more detail.

The Hotel Pueblo market, also known as the Rincón de Loix market due to its location, is the most frequented by the local population due to its remoteness from the city center. It takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays in the morning. It stands out for having a wide variety of high quality clothing at very affordable prices and also for its fruits and vegetables.

In the area of Foietes, also far from the center of Benidorm, is located another flea market, more specifically in the vicinity of the sports city Guillermo Amor. It is only open on Wednesdays from 08:30 hours to 14:00 hours. Among its most relevant offer, fruits and vegetables from nearby towns stand out, since most of them are a reference in the agricultural sector. As for the area, in any street of Foietes you have numerous bars and restaurants for lunch and a rest stop on your shopping route in Benidorm.

Les Nits del Castell

In summer there is a very popular night market, located in the famous Balcony of the Mediterranean or Benidorm Castle, called Les Nits del Castell.

It focuses mainly on handicraft products (necklaces, bracelets, pendants, etc.). However, the most striking thing is that there are numerous painters who make portraits or caricatures, being one of the most curious gifts that you can take as a souvenir of Benidorm.

On the other hand, summer nights in this small promenade are magical because the temperature is always good and there are usually live music groups to liven up this moment.

El Rastro

It is also known as Rastro del Cisne among the local population. It is located on the outskirts of Benidorm, more specifically on the N-332 road, on the edge of the municipality of Benidorm. As for the opening hours, it is only open on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 08:30 hours to 13:30 hours.

This flea market is very peculiar because it is made up of small stalls where all kinds of second-hand products are sold (furniture, clothes, handicrafts, books, etc.) On the other hand, there is an antique shop inside that we can qualify as a real vintage temple, since most of its decorative elements are very striking.

It has a very cozy restaurant with all kinds of dishes at very affordable prices, as well as a small bar to have a beer with a tapa, either at the bar or seated. We would like to point out that at lunchtime in the restaurant there is a live music performance.

At LOCK & enjoy! we recommend that you let yourself get lost in the flea market, as there are stalls that will surprise you with their products and the charm that surrounds them.
