Start of the tour
Once you access the park, you will be greeted by a large number of parrots and exotic birds in an environment full of color and sound. It is one of the most fun stops because these animals have very playful behaviors. Additionally, at certain times of the day, the park organizers hold interactive exhibitions where cockatoos and parrots share their skills with games of dexterity and intelligence.
The marine kingdom
This is one of the most important attractions of the park that attracts the most people, especially for the dolphin show. It is a show that mixes all kinds of interactive acrobatics between the trainers and the audience. We are sure that watching the dolphins jump, spin, and play will be an unforgettable moment, especially for your children.
Next, head to the area of the sea lions. They are very dynamic and creative creatures known for their enormous intelligence. A small show is also held in which the audience is also the protagonist.
Very close by are also the penguins, where you can watch how they glide in the water and walk with their peculiar gait. This activity is more educational, as their habits and the enormous effort made in the park for their conservation are explained.
Land animals
The next stop is the area of land animals. Here you can see the pink flamingos, which stand out for their vibrant color and funny movements. It is also a good opportunity to get up close to the meerkats, a small and very agile species, but always alert to any movement around them.
And finally, the giant tortoises. They are one of the longest-living reptiles on the planet and can weigh more than 100 kilos. In this space, you can learn a lot about their diet and way of life.
Primates and Bats
For us, at LOCK & enjoy!, this is one of the most fun areas of the park.
Firstly, the primate house, where you can observe a wide variety of monkeys playing, jumping through the branches, and socializing with each other. The tamarins and gibbons also stand out for their tremendous speed and notable facial expressions.
There is also a space dedicated to egyptian bats, a species that generates a lot of curiosity among park visitors. It’s amazing to learn about the importance they have in the ecosystem and their adaptation to nocturnal life.
We would like to highlight that photos in Mundomar Benidorm are allowed, so take full advantage of the day to have memories of your time in the park.
