These general conditions govern the hiring of LOCK & enjoy! lockers (owned by Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL) through the website www.lockandenjoy.com as well as their use. Likewise, these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. (owner of LOCK & enjoy! lockers) and the User who hires the LOCK & enjoy! locker service.
THE SERVICE
LOCK & enjoy! offers its users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of calendar days (within the hours offered by LOCK & enjoy!).
What kind of instructions does LOCK & enjoy! offer?
LOCK & enjoy! offers up to eight types of lockers, depending on the establishment, with the most common being S+, M+, and XL.
– Option A: 2 carry-on suitcases and two backpacks.
– Option B: A medium suitcase and a backpack
– Option A: 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
– Option B: 3 cabin suitcases.
– Option A: 1 large suitcase, 1 carry-on suitcase, and 1 backpack.
– Option B: 4 carry-on suitcases and 1 backpack
*Confirm the size of your locker at your establishment.
What can a User enter into their password?
Within the limits established in this document (see Section Limits on the Use of Lockers), a User can place as many packages as they want in the rented locker or lockers.
How can a User know if there are free LOCK & enjoy! lockers?
Through the website www.lockandenjoy.com, the User will be able to check the availability of lockers for the desired days for each User.
How long can the same locker be rented?
The User may hire the locker rental service for a period of between 1 hour, at minimum, and 365 calendar days, at maximum.
When will the User be able to access the locker or lockers they have rented?
The rental service for each locker will be available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, 365 days a year.
Once the packages have been inserted by the User, can they only access the locker again to retrieve them?
Only the users, or people authorized by them. Always under the responsibility of the former.
What is the price that the User must pay per type of ticket/day?
The consignment price will be as indicated on the website at the time of booking, and the User may benefit from the offers available at any given time.
The prices listed on the website include VAT and refer to the rental of a locker (according to its size) for the times indicated in the reservation.
How are the instructions used?
The lockers offered through LOCK & enjoy! are entirely automatic. The User can make a reservation through our website
Therefore, the User will access their locker using the security code provided by LOCK & enjoy! when making their reservation.
What can the User do if they have any kind of issue using the locker?
In case of malfunction, blockage, or any other type of issue with the use of the locker, the User will have at their disposal the LOCK & enjoy! assistance service, which can be accessed by calling the number +34 910 786 030 or through written communication via mobile messaging applications or at the following email address info@lockandenjoy.com.
Can the User modify their reservation or cancel it?
Yes, as long as such modification or cancellation is made 24 hours in advance of the date on which the service I have reserved begins, and there are no discounts specified as non-refundable once booked.
ACCESS AND RESERVATION
In order to rent the LOCK & enjoy! lockers, it is essential that the following requirements are met:
Once the hiring process is completed, the User will receive confirmation of their reservation by email. This confirmation will indicate to the User the assigned locker number or numbers, the reserved day or days, as well as the access codes to the premises and to the locker(s).

The form referred to in the previous section, which must be completed by the User, contains the information that Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. needs to formalize the rental of the LOCK & enjoy! lockers by the User, as well as to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations that will arise for the parties from the locker service that the User, where applicable, contracts.
The User guarantees that all data regarding their identity, as well as the information provided about the booking, are truthful, accurate, and complete.
The personal data, as well as the provided email, will be used for:
Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. does not carry out international data transfers nor makes automated decisions based on the information provided by the User.
USER OBLIGATIONS. LIMITS ON THE USE OF LOCKERS
The User, when contracting the locker rental services of LOCK & enjoy!, agrees, in particular and without limitation:
CONSEQUENCES AND USER RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF FAILURE TO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATIONS
The User must hold Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. harmless for any damages resulting from the breach of their obligations under this contract.
Breach of the rental term
Empty the lockers of the User who has failed to meet the rental deadline in order to manage the return of the packages to the User (the cost of which will be fully borne by the User). If fifteen days pass without being able to contact the User or without the User contacting LOCK & enjoy! and without being able to deliver the packages to them, it will be understood that the goods have been abandoned by the User for all purposes. In that case, LOCK & enjoy! will stop storing them, disposing of them as it deems appropriate or convenient, depending on the type of abandoned goods.
For each day that passes from the expiration of the rental without the locker(s) being released by the User, until its delivery to the User or collection by the User, an amount equivalent to the price of the uncollected locker will accrue per day. Additionally, a penalty of €150 will be charged, which the User must pay to LOCK & enjoy!, regardless of the right of Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. to claim the damages actually suffered.
Unless the User collects their belongings, Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL will hand over the packages to the carrier after payment of the delay and transportation fees. In particular, the transportation costs to be applied and paid by the user will be €25 per package if the shipment is national and €50 if it is outside the Spanish peninsular territory, assuming no risk for the transportation of the packages.
The return will be carried out once Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. has received payment from the User for the amounts charged for the delivery of the merchandise (depending on the number of items and their destination) in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph. If 10 calendar days have passed since Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. notified the User in writing of the amount to be paid and the User has not made this payment, it will be understood that the User has abandoned the luggage for all purposes. Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. will proceed under the terms specified above for abandoned goods.
Failure to properly follow instructions
Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. reserves the right to remove any item that does not comply with the rules for the use of lockers and is considered a prohibited item. In such cases, Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. is authorized to call the police and report the behavior, as well as to remove the prohibited items.
The User will be responsible for the items they place in the lockers.
In any case, the removal of prohibited items will entail a penalty of €150, a penalty that does not exclude the obligation of the defaulting User to compensate Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. for the damages and losses actually caused.
Damage caused to the lockers by the users
The User will be fully responsible for any damage or deterioration that may occur to the lockers due to improper or incorrect use. If applicable, the User must compensate Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. for any physical damage caused to the locker(s) as well as for any lost profits.
In particular and without limitation, the User causing the damage shall pay Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL. a daily rental penalty for each day the locker is rendered unusable, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which is quantified at €1,000 in the case of replacement, the foregoing without prejudice to any other damages caused.
PAYMENT OF PENALTIES
The penalties detailed in this section will be paid by the User using the same payment method that the User used when contracting the service or via bank transfer to the account indicated by LOCK & enjoy! if requested by the User. The User expressly agrees that LOCK & enjoy! may collect the amounts established in this section using the User’s card or payment method used to contract the service.
OBLIGATIONS OF LOCK & enjoy!
LOCK & enjoy! is committed to keeping the locker service active and to making available to the User, for the duration of the contracted period, the locker or lockers that the User has rented in good working condition.
Likewise, LOCK & enjoy! is committed to resolving any issues that may arise in the use of the lockers as quickly as possible.
LOCK & enjoy! LIABILITY LIMIT
LOCK & enjoy! offers a locker rental service and is not responsible for the safekeeping of the items. The User is solely responsible for the goods placed in the rented lockers.
The user, if necessary, must file a report with the competent authorities in case of theft.
Said insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens, and generally technological objects (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), works of art, antiques, memory cards, or any other medium containing data or images.
CLAIMS
In the event that the User believes they have grounds to file a complaint, they may do so by sending an email to the following address: info@lockandenjoy.com.
At LOCK & enjoy! we will try to resolve the incident and find a satisfactory solution for the parties involved.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the response from Servicios Turísticos Inteligentes, SL, they have the option to submit a complaint form to the consumer authorities. If you need more information about which entity to contact, please reach out to info@lockandenjoy.com
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement.
