As for the participants, only those who were born in 2009 or earlier can participate, i.e. children under 16 years of age cannot take part in the night race in El Retiro. On the other hand, there is also no distinction of sex or nationality. However, registrations are limited to 1000 participants, with the last day to register being June 20 at 23:59 hours. Categories and awards

This sporting event has two main categories: male and female. The top three finishers receive a trophy and, in addition, prizes are awarded to the top three according to the following age classifications:

• Senior: 16 – 34 years old.
• Master A: 35 – 44 years old.
• Master B: 45 – 54 years old.
• Master C: 55 years and older.

However, it is important to note that prizes do not accumulate, i.e. only one prize per person.

Rules and recommendations

It is important to keep in mind a series of rules and recommendations so that the experience is totally safe and enjoyable, both for you and for the rest of the participants. The first thing is that the bibs are not delivered the same day of the activity. Therefore, they must be picked up the day before, i.e. Friday, June 20, although the time and place of collection are still to be confirmed. All you have to do is present your ID and proof of registration. On the other hand, the maximum time of the tour is approximately one hour and a half to complete it. It is also important to keep in mind that there are a series of rules that if not followed may lead to disqualification. Among the most common are the use of prohibited substances, not completing the official course or running with the bib of another runner, for example. Keep in mind that for the control and monitoring of this competition there are judges and a large team of staff in charge of the organization.
