Walking routes from Santa Justa<\/h2>\n\n

The routes we have prepared are on foot because this is the best way to get to know the Andalusian capital. The city is ideal to be discovered by walking, as you can reach the main tourist attractions in Seville<\/a><\/strong> within minutes. <\/p>\n\n

Route 1: From the train to the Cathedral and the Giralda<\/h3>\n\n

Starting your route from the station towards the Cathedral of Seville<\/strong><\/a> is a unique experience, as you will feel how the city transforms as you approach the historic centre.<\/p>\n\n

When you leave the station, head towards Avenida Kansas City<\/strong> and continue along Luis Montoro, as this is where you will start seeing the first bars and small local shops \u2014 a perfect time to make your first purchases. This journey takes around 15 minutes; however, the architecture gradually changes until you begin to see more historic buildings (neighbourhood churches, convents, etc.). <\/p>\n\n

When you reach Avenida de la Constituci\u00f3n<\/strong>, you will notice that you are in the heart of the city, with the bustle of trams, bar terraces, and the large number of tourists. Here you will see the impressive Cathedral of Seville, as well as the Giralda. Very close by you will also find the famous Archivo de Indias and the Real Alc\u00e1zar. <\/p>\n\n

Route 2: Stroll to the Santa Cruz district<\/h3>\n\n

Another route is to walk to the Santa Cruz district, one of the most picturesque areas of Seville<\/strong>. The walk takes around 25 to 30 minutes, but it is well worth it as it shows you a different side of the city.<\/p>\n\n

Leave the station and walk to the Jardines de Murillo<\/strong> through the wide, modern avenues. These gardens are the first traditional element you will see on your walk and also act as a small green lung in the city. Many people use them to rest, and they are also the entrance to Santa Cruz. <\/p>\n\n

This district is characterised by its narrow streets with numerous steps and courtyards full of flowerpots. From Santa Justa station head towards Calle Feria, one of the most traditional and famous streets in the Andalusian capital. It has its own market where you can buy fresh, top-quality products, as this is where locals living nearby usually shop. In addition, there is a wide range of bars where you can try Seville\u2019s typical gastronomy<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Once you finish there, continue to Alameda de H\u00e9rcules, where you will discover its wide pedestrian promenade lined with historic columns and terraces. It is considered one of the oldest public squares in Europe<\/strong> and is also the cultural and leisure epicentre of the city. You will find bars, modern cocktail bars, and small live music venues. <\/p>\n\n

Route 4: Walk to the Guadalquivir and the Torre del Oro<\/h3>\n\n

The Guadalquivir River has always shaped Seville\u2019s identity. That is why walking to its banks is a unique experience<\/strong>. From Santa Justa station it takes around 35 to 40 minutes, depending on your pace. First, you need to cross the residential streets to enter the historic centre. <\/p>\n\n
