We would like to point out that there are different sizes of Luggage storage according to your needs and you can also book by the hour. <\/p>\n<h2>What museums to see in Palma de Mallorca?<\/h2>\n<p>We have prepared a wide selection of the <strong>best museums in Palma de Mallorca<\/strong> for you to choose the ones you like the most based on your preferences.<\/p>\n<h3>History Museum<\/h3>\n<p>It is located in the Bellver Castle, one of the symbols of Palma de Mallorca&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/lockandenjoy.com\/en\/architecture-and-design-in-palma-de-mallorca\/\"><strong>architecture of Palma de Mallorca.<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the <a href=\"https:\/\/castelldebellver.palma.es\/\"><strong>Historical Museum<\/strong><\/a> there is always a permanent collection consisting of <strong>3 sections<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A series of rooms narrate the evolution of the city over time, more specifically since prehistoric times. There are paintings, exhibits and photographs of Roman, Arab and Catalan culture. <\/li>\n<li>There is a section dedicated exclusively to Cardinal Antoni Despuig i Dameto. He was a historical figure in the city, since he was the author of one of the most famous maps of the city. He also assembled an important collection of sculptures that can be seen in this museum.  <\/li>\n<li>The Jovellanos Room is focused on Gaspar Melchor de Jovellanos, one of the most important enlightened politicians of his time. He was imprisoned in the walls of this castle, hence the environment in which he lived has been recreated. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Museum of Mallorca<\/h3>\n<p><strong>If you are passionate about history and archeology, this museum is the right place for you<\/strong>. It is located in what is known as Ca la Gran Cristiana, referring to another historical figure of the nineteenth century related to the Mallorcan Carlism. It is a baroque building of great beauty that does not go unnoticed.  <\/p>\n<p>There is a <strong>permanent collection<\/strong> that occupies all floors and allows a more comprehensive tour of the history of the city through archaeological and artistic works. It is very easy to find your way around the interior, since the rooms are arranged in chronological order, starting from Prehistory to the Contemporary Age. <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>entrance fee<\/strong> is 2.50 \u20ac, but on Sundays it is free. Go to Carrer de la Portella, 5 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays; it is closed on Mondays. <\/p>\n<h3>Krekovi\u0107 Museum<\/h3>\n<p>This art gallery is not very well known, not even among the local population. However, if you are interested in painting, we recommend it. <\/p>\n<p>This is a collection of paintings by the artist <strong>Kristian Krekovi\u0107.<\/strong> He was born in Bosnia-Herzegovina and, after living for some time in Peru, he moved to Mallorca. After his death, his cultural legacy became public property, hence the location of this museum on the island. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Most of his works are projected to the Inca culture<\/strong>. They are portraits of traditional Peruvian culture with real scenes, prevailing paintings of great color and expressiveness that will not leave you indifferent. <\/p>\n<p><strong>It is located at 3, Ciudad de Quer\u00e9taro Street, and admission is completely free<\/strong>. It is open from Monday to Friday (both inclusive) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as well as on Wednesday afternoons (4:30 &#8211; 8:00 p.m.); it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. <\/p>\n<h3>Juan March Foundation<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.march.es\/es\/palma\"><strong>Juan March Foundation<\/strong><\/a> is a reference, both in the city of Palma de Mallorca and in the rest of the country, as it has a branch in Madrid and another in Cuenca.<\/p>\n<p>It frequently organizes <strong>exhibitions, concerts and conferences, and also houses a library specializing in contemporary Spanish music and theater.<\/strong> It also has a Research Support Center and a Data Laboratory. <\/p>\n<p>However, the <strong>collection of Spanish art of the twentieth century<\/strong> is its greatest attraction because there are works by artists such as Eduardo Chillida, Salvador Dal\u00ed, Luis Feito, Joan Mir\u00f3, Antoni T\u00e0pies and Fernando Z\u00f3bel, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is free and it is <strong>open<\/strong> from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm; it is closed on Sundays and holidays. It is located in Sant Miquel street, 11. <\/p>\n<h3>Museum of Sacred Art<\/h3>\n<p>It is one of the oldest cultural spaces of the island since it was inaugurated in 1916. In addition, it is also the bishop&#8217;s residence. <\/p>\n<p>Inside, about <strong>200 religious works of art<\/strong> are exhibited, offering a certain perspective on the historical journey of Christianity in the city.
