The name of the tavern has its origin in that it sold <strong>wines and brooms<\/strong> that were manufactured by the esparto maker. <\/p>\n<p>It is currently a restaurant specializing in Andalusian cuisine. It has also been awarded the Premio a La Tapa Creativa (Creative Tapa Award) and another one for Hospitality Merit. It has two air-conditioned dining rooms inside and an outdoor terrace next to the <strong>Cathedral of Seville<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>There is evidence that the <strong>most illustrious personalities<\/strong> of the time used to meet here, since it was one of the few and the most famous. For this reason, Lope de Rueda, Dumas, Lord Byron, and even Cervantes himself probably sat here. <\/p>\n<h3>El Patio de San Eloy<\/h3>\n<p>This bar is an authentic place of worship for lovers of good southern cuisine. We would like to point out that you can eat seated on steps similar to steps to enjoy a 100% Sevillian experience. <\/p>\n<p>As for the <strong>menu<\/strong>, all their products are of the highest quality (sausages, gourmet montaditos, potato omelette, etc.). We recommend you to try the famous vegetable cake, since it is one of their most demanded products. <\/p>\n<h3>Casa Manolo<\/h3>\n<p>The Casa Manolo bar opened its doors in 1935, being now the third generation of restaurateurs in charge of this popular business in Seville. Over the years it has been renovated and now it even has a small <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andalucia.org\/es\/sevilla-alojamientos-pension-casa-manolo\"><strong>guesthouse<\/strong><\/a> where you can stay. <\/p>\n<p>It is an authentic <strong>Andalusian bar<\/strong> where you can taste a wide variety of tapas of the highest quality and intensity of flavor. We recommend the ensaladilla rusa, salmorejo and flamenqu\u00edn. <\/p>\n<p>It is located very close to the Parliament of Andalusia, in the heart of <strong>Seville<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to point out that you also have the option of taking your food with you, since this service is available.<\/p>\n<h3>Bar Europa<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bareuropasevilla.com\/\"><strong>Europa Bar<\/strong><\/a> is also located in the heart of Seville and is more than 100 years old, since it opened its doors in 1922.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007 it received the <strong>award<\/strong> for the best Iberian ham croquettes due to its homemade recipe, hence it has become a gastronomic reference, both for Sevillians and tourists. In 2004 it also received the Naranja de Bronce award for its exquisite dish prepared with orange. <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>menu<\/strong> offered by this bar is a mix between traditional and modern. You have a wide variety to choose from such as, for example, the &#8220;ropa vieja&#8221;, rice with duck or anchovies. All their products are characterized by fresh and high quality ingredients.  <\/p>\n<p>The interior of the bar is characterized by its hydraulic pavement, a reference material in <strong>Andalusian architecture<\/strong>. It also has a small terrace so you can enjoy tapas with friends or family. <\/p>\n<h3>Vizcaino House<\/h3>\n<p>If you prefer a bar where you feel as if time has not passed, Casa Vizca\u00edno should be your choice. Besides, it is located on the same street as one of our <a href=\"https:\/\/lockandenjoy.com\/en\/sevilla-chooselockers\/\"><strong>Lockers in Seville<\/strong><\/a>on Feria Street. <\/p>\n<p>Until the year 2020 they did not serve food, since the tradition of this bar was only to drink beer and lupins. It opened its doors in 1935 and still retains part of the design with its original woodwork, as well as some of the furniture. <\/p>\n<p>The highlight of this bar is that <strong>the bill is kept at the bar with a chalk<\/strong>, as it was originally done. It is a perfect place to taste numerous tapas and other Andalusian dishes such as chacinas, chicharrones (pork rinds) or prawns. <\/p>\n<h3>Morales House<\/h3>\n<p>The origin dates back to 1850 and, therefore, is the essence of <strong>traditional Sevillian taverns<\/strong>.
